Naomi HI live in the UK at the moment and i am desperate to move to New York City. I don’t have much money and i have a partner and a baby daughter. When I graduate and start making 45k a year…whats the best thing to do with regards to moving out? Buy a house…apartment? Aren’t apartments a waste of money? Seems like there are endless possibilities such as buying a house and getting roomates. That way you can actually own property and the roomates can help you pay for your investment. I dunno…looking for guidance.

NancyHello. My employeer (college) will reimburse my moving expenses up to 2,500. I would like to save money, so instead of hiring a company to pack and to load my things, I can do it myself. Will I be able to claim the money if I will not hire a company, but will move out myself? I can provide them with estimates from other moving companies. I do not want to look cheap, but earning 2,500 would be fantastic. Thank you for your replies.

grlnxtdoorI am 18 years old and currently living in Indiana with my mom and her boyfriend. My boyfriend lived in Wisconsin and so I was planning on moving to Milwaukee with him and eventually going to school there. We’ll both be moving into the city without jobs right away but should have one within a month.
I currently have bills that total to about 400 dollars a month.
