Best moving out plans when you start making 45k a year?

I live at home and I wait tables and go to school Not enough to move out.

When I graduate and start making 45k a year…whats the best thing to do with regards to moving out? Buy a house…apartment? Aren’t apartments a waste of money? Seems like there are endless possibilities such as buying a house and getting roomates. That way you can actually own property and the roomates can help you pay for your investment. I dunno…looking for guidance.

Purchase a home with roommates that you know & can trust. Renting is such a waste of money. Good luck & try saving up some dough!
