How old do you have to be to rent a Budget moving van?

I’m 20, moving from Tampa to New York and have had bad experiences with U-Haul in the past. I know Budget wants driver to be 21 to rent cars, but I was wondering if it was different for the moving trucks and vans.

it is still 21 years or older to rent the vans, trucks, etc…
21 at least, possibly 25. what if you buy an old van for 1200 bucks, then sell it when you get there? or look on craigslist maybe place an ad to see if someone is going at the same time and you can share a van.
No, it’s the same age. UNLESS, you work for a company that rents the vehicle for you and then you only have to be 18.
I’d call my friendly local rent-a-truck place and ask them. Is U-Haul or Penske out of the question?
