    check local laws, it could be considered a distraction. that’s a cool idea though

    yes. we have lots of those here where i live.

    it’s really cool and will definitely grab attention but i don’t think it would attract people to try/buy the product or service because people can’t really get information about the product (usually advertising of this sortfocuses on visuals instead of copy). but if it’s awareness the advertisers are after then it’s a great medium.
