Will the tariff change for moving companies make a interstate move more expensive?

moving companies

I need to move from the west coast to the east coast in December 2007 or January 2008. I was told that beginning in 2008, moving companies can set their own price tariff and not have to all use the same one they are now using….. although they can continue to use the 2007 tariff if they choose………… I want to move when it is the most cost effective for me.

  1. Call different companies and shop around for the best rate - throw out the lowest and highest rates and find a company which will provide the best service independent of which tariff price they use.
